Our Cocoon Swaddle SacksåÊare designed to be both easy to use and difficult to escape from. This zip-up swaddle is TOG rated for warmth to keep a baby snug and securely swaddled without the need for complicated wrapping from day one. Being TOG-rated means that the 0.2 TOG infant swaddle can be used on its own from room temperatures 75‰ãä + with no blankets in the bassinet or crib to make this a safe sleep option for a newborn or baby. The 0.2 TOG also makes this an ideal summer swaddle for hot weather. To increase warmth, parents can layer up underneath as needed for warmth, and follow our handy FREE room thermometer and what to wear guide included with the product to help them dress their child appropriately. We recommend pairing this with one of our TOG-rated rompers underneath (sold separately).

The Cocoon Swaddle SackåÊis made with GOTS certified organic cotton, with a touch of elastane. This means it's firm enough to restrict startle reflex while still allowing stretch and movement for healthy growth. The stretch also allows for full chest expansion when breathing, added comfort, and for a baby to move its hands into a self-settling position inside the swaddle. The soft, breathable organic cotton is certified non-toxic, dyed with water based dyes, and gentle on newborn skin, and skin prone to eczema breakouts. A zip enclosure also protects your child's delicate skin, and the handy arm poppers transition the Cocoon from an arms-in swaddle to arms-out sleep sack when baby is showing signs of rolling. The bell shaped design is approved by the International Hip Dysplasia Institute as being hip-healthy, and promotes proper joint development in the hips and shoulders joints. Finally, the two-way zipper makes for quick and easy diaper changes during sleep with minimal disruptions.

The 0.2 TOG is ideal for swaddling in warm and hot weather, and it is our most lightweight swaddle for summer.

How To Use

  1. Lay Cocoon on flat, low surface with zip open and arm studs closed.
  2. Lay baby on top of Cocoon. Tuck legs into swaddle, and zip up with baby's hands in desired position (by sides, or across chest).
  3. To change a nappy or cool down baby, zip open from the bottom of the swaddle to release legs and lower torso. Zip closed again when finished.
  4. Layer underneath for warmth as needed.
  5. To transition to arms-out sleeping once showing signs of rolling, release arms by opening the studs on the shoulders. We suggest doing this one arm at a time over several days.

If your newborn baby does not like being swaddled, it is safe to sleep them in the. Cocoon Swaddle Bag with their arms out from the beginning.

For all returns after 7 days, store credit will be awarded.  Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Oversize items may require a nominal restocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, Baby Biz will issue a refund, store credit, or ship the item you selected in exchange.

 

Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are sometimes but not always noted in either the product description.

Defective Items

Please contact Baby Biz at 432-520-5405 within 30 days of the delivery date. After this time, please contact the manufacturer directly for information. Defective merchandise will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty and subject to their conditions on any warranty that may apply. Baby Biz will not be able to replace defective items after 30 days of receipt.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one at our discretion and at our expense. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) carefully for any concealed damage.

Contact Baby Biz within 7 business days of the delivery date to report the damage. Please be sure to have information such as model number, serial number, date of manufacture and any part numbers available. We will not be able to replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date. This applies to canceling and returning a damaged item as well.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces.
